‘Growth Programme for Entrepreneurs (GPE)’ for MFDs of Aditya Birla SunLife Asset Management Company

The programme commenced in Live Online mode, on January 30th, for high performing Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) from ABSLAMC. The three-day programme has been designed by Prof. G. Shainesh, from the Marketing area, for 32 participants. A two-stage process of data collection and analysis was adopted to develop the learning design.
