India Japan Study Centre hosts talk with doyen of Indian manufacturing Baba N Kalyani on Feb 26

The India Japan Study Centre at IIMB hosted an engaging conversation with the Padma Bhushan awardee and entrepreneur and technocrat, Baba N Kalyani, Chairman & Managing Director of Bharat Forge Ltd., in the Centre’s ‘Expert-Speak’ series, on 26th February. During this virtual dialogue on ‘Technological Innovation & Sustainable Economic Development! What can India & Japan learn from each other?’, Kalyani San touched upon the rising collaboration between Indo-Japan businesses and role of innovative technologies in accelerating the economic growth. As the Co-Chairman of the India-Japan Business Leaders’ Forum since 2013, Kalyani San has been leading the discussions in encouraging the business expansion and investing of Japanese companies in India thereby strengthening the cooperation between Japanese and Indian economic entities.
