Commencement of Aritra-Leadership Accelerator Programme

Aritra is a six-month leadership journey for mid-level to senior leaders in the social sector while they continue to be employed in full-time jobs. It aims to accelerate these leaders’ movement into senior leadership roles. Aritra equips its Fellows with key organization-building skills and perspectives that help them drive impactful policies, build strong organizations and create a resilient, collaborative network of influence. This programme is offered by IIMB, in partnership with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation and Phicus Social Solutions.

The programme uses a multi-pronged approach to learning, through the use of a combination of sessions, peer exchanges, learning with practitioners, experiential learning and self-study. Participants may also benefit by sharing their own experiences to reinforce/pick-up key concepts and learnings. The programme is offered by Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Prof. Ganesh N Prabhu  and Prof. Sourav Mukherji  of IIMB and Dr. Vandana Nadig Nair, Director – Phicus Social Solutions.
