Executive General Manage Programme (EGMP) for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL): Programme Commencement

The Custom EGMP for HUL is targeted at executives who are part of HUL’s Business Leadership Training (BLT) scheme and is designed at enriching their mindset to prepare them to take on increased managerial responsibility within HUL. This programme has been offered for over a decade now. The curriculum offers participants an opportunity to develop core business skills and competencies in various functional areas, which enable them to handle challenges involving cross functional roles. It also provides an opportunity to choose a specialization track – supply chain management or advanced marketing. This programme, of 20 days’ duration, is planned to be delivered in the live, online mode over an eight-week period.
