Certified People Leaders Programme (Co-Branded with People Business)

Inaugurated on 1st October 2021 with 44 leaders participating from various organizations, this programme is designed for mid-level managers aspiring to take up higher leadership roles. The CPLP brings together participants from diverse backgrounds, skills and experience, thereby enabling peer learning. The objective of the programme is to increase the participants’ managerial capabilities so that they can take up leadership positions and have holistic development in terms of self, team and business.
