Inauguration of Programme for Wealth Managers of HDFC Bank
A custom programme for the wealth managers of HDFC Private Banking Group was inaugurated on 09th November 2021. The programme focuses on providing the participants with the knowledge and skills required to grow into competent relationship managers who can meaningfully engage with customers. It also enables participants shift from product-focused selling to solution-focused selling involving a broader repertoire of investment solutions, including borrowing requirements, leverage, risk management, alternate investments, etc. The programme is designed to be delivered in two tiers –Core and Advanced. Rakesh K Singh, Group Head – Investment Banking, Private Banking, Marketing and Products, HDFC Bank Ltd., Santhosh George Cherian, Head Learning & Development, and Amar D Singh, Head L&D Functional Training, were present during the inauguration and addressed the participants.
The programme directors are Dr. M Jayadev, Dr. G Shainesh and Dr. Chetan Subramanian.
