Valedictory of the Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) – Batch 1

The Strategic Leadership Development Programme is designed for proven business executives who want to take on greater leadership responsibilities. The focus of the programme is to enable the participants to develop their skills and capabilities for taking up challenging leadership positions.  Faculty at IIMB, alongside industry coaches, ensure that participants get the best of both worlds – access to sharp thinking from the world of academia and hands-on experience of driving business transformation from coaches who have a proven track record of working with senior management.  The valedictory for SLDP was conducted, on 16th December 2021, in hybrid mode. Dr. PD Jose and Dr. Sandeep Krishnan, Director, People Business, had an interactive session with the participants. Many participants spoke about the transformational impact of the programme and showed interest in being a part of other open programmes offered by IIM Bangalore.
