Centre for Corporate Governance & Citizenship hosts webinar titled: ‘Shareholder Activism: Influences on Good Corporate Governance’

The event, on January 21st, featured Aarin Capital Partners Chairman Mohandas Pai, Stakeholders Empowerment Services MD J N Gupta, KPMG Dubai Board Member Richard Rekhy and Former Chairman of Syndicate Bank Ajay Nanavati. Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship and faculty in the Finance & Accounting area of IIMB, gave the welcome address and provided an outline of the context for the session. Ajay Nanavati moderated the panel discussion and the Q&A session.
