Inauguration of Executive General Management Programme for KPMG Global Services (Batch-9)

The customized Executive General Management Programme designed for KPMG Global Services aims at developing the general management and leadership capabilities for the junior-mid management of KGS, belonging to tax advisory, tax auditing services and other support functions. It helps the participants deliver their responsibilities successfully and equips them for higher-order responsibilities, while building an appreciation of the working of various functions within the organization.  The programme focuses on the following pillars – Understanding one’s Business Environment, gaining Functional Knowledge in areas of Marketing, Financial & Management Accounting, Operations, Information System Management, Strategic Thinking and Business Analytics.

The 21-day programme, delivered over nine months in Live, Online mode, was inaugurated on  3rd December, 2021 with 36 participants. Dr. YLR Moorthi, from the Marketing area, and Dr. Shubhabrata Das, from the Decision Sciences area, are the Programme Directors,
