Certificate Programme in Technology and Management turns three!

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) have been in collaboration for the past three years to offer the Certificate Programme in Technology and Management (CTM).

The CTM program is a unique example of an offering that combines the teaching of technical and managerial skills on the same platform. This 11-month long-duration program, offered to working professionals who seek to enhance their technical knowledge and broaden career opportunities, is an initiative by IIMB and IITM to make the learning as flexible and learner-friendly as possible using an open online course format.

On May 6th 2022, the third batch of learners completed the program, successfully. The valedictory ceremony was held in the presence of the Faculty Program Directors from IIMB and IITM.

The participants shared their experiences and gave feedback. “The content of the course has helped significantly in adding value to my job role. I was able to take a deep dive in many areas,” said Kapil Kushwaha, Associate Director , Trigent Software.
