Valedictory of Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Motherhood Hospitals (MH)

The valedictory event of the SLDP programme for the Motherhood hospitals team was conducted on 7th July 2022 on campus. The 12-day custom programme was delivered to senior leaders of Motherhood hospitals. The five-month learning journey blended digital learning, in-person classroom sessions and Action Learning Projects (ALP) that helped the participants apply their learnings to MH’s business opportunities and challenges.

The programme was designed and directed by Dr. Shainesh G (Marketing), Dr. Haritha Saranga (Production & Operations Management) and Dr. Gopal  Mahapatra (OB & HRM). The top management, led by Executive Chairman Vishal Bali, CEO Vijayrathna and Group HR Head Krishnaswamy Kumar, attended the valedictory function.
