PGP alumnus Kavindra Mishra appointed Chief Commercial Officer for External Brands and CEO of Home Stop at Shoppers Stop

Kavindra Mishra, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore’s two-year fulltime MBA: Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), batch of 1999, has been appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer – External Brands and CEO of Home Stop (at Shoppers Stop), the home goods retail chain, as per an announcement by Shoppers Stop, a leading department store in India.

Kavindra Mishra has more than twenty years of experience in the retail industry, having held leadership positions at various companies including Pepe, ABFRL, Benetton and Arvind. He was most recently the Managing Director at the House of Anita Dongre, an Indian designer label. Kavindra is expected to provide strategic leadership and planning to the company’s external brands and focus on driving growth in the home business as the CEO of Home Stop.

A corporate leader and entrepreneur, Kavindra was the recipient of the ‘Economic Times Inspiring CEO’s Award 2022’. He is also Member, CII National Committee on Retail.
