Doctoral student Dhrithi Mahadevan’s proposal is one of the winners of the 2021 AMS Review/Sheth Foundation Doctoral Competition for Conceptual Articles

The proposal, titled ‘Customer Experience in Access-Based Services: A Conceptual Framework and Implications for Research’, has been selected as one among the top 12 in the competition.
The competition generated enthusiastic response from doctoral students from all over the world. Based on the reviewers’ comments and careful evaluation of the proposals, the most promising proposals were selected for recognition at the Virtual Annual Conference of the Academy of Marketing Science, held in March.
