Launch of Emerging Leaders Programme

IIMB’s Executive Education has launched a new blended online programme called Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP). This seven-month long programme is designed for the first-time managers or soon-to-be managers. Driven by technology and digital business models, the business environment is rapidly transforming. Therefore, all managers need to be entrepreneurial and innovative to succeed.

Conceived to meet the needs of tech savvy and busy first-time managers, the ELP will be offered in a blended format by leveraging digital technologies. In addition to live online sessions, participants will learn from online courses developed by IIMB’s faculty members. These courses, from IIMB’s Digital Learning platform, will help develop a strong foundation in management.

The curriculum has been designed to make the participants self-aware and confident managers adept at managing teams for high performance with a global mindset and equip them with the skills and knowledge to manage the business in today’s context.
