Launch of Thought Leadership Programme for Samsung R&D Institute – Bangalore (SRI-B)

The Thought Leadership Programme for SRI-B commenced on February 22nd, 2021 (Phase-1). The sessions are being delivered off-campus in-person at SRI-B facility in Bangalore.

The participants are Directors, Senior Directors, General Managers and Principal Architects, heading various functional and technological units of the organization. The programme is aimed to develop the mindsets and skillsets of the participants to be groomed as thought leaders, who will demonstrate their expertise to contribute to a larger ecosystem as internal and external influencers, within the purview of the participants’ role.

The programme encourages and pushes the participants to develop thoughts and behaviors needed to be brand ambassadors and ‘talent magnets’ who leverage their expertise to influence on social media and industry forums (conferences), be the epicentre of the innovation focus, initiate collaborations with industry and academia, etc.

It is an eight-day programme being delivered in four phases over a period of about six months, live online. Participants will also work on specific business challenges in groups in the form of action-learning projects.
