Steaming ahead!

Incubated at NSRCEL, the start-up hub of IIM Bangalore, under the Women Start-up Programme, BluePine Foods, by Aditi Madan, hopes to change the way we eat. “Our endeavor is to be part of the solution by preserving the food without preservatives, captured early at its highest nutrient stage, providing it for consumption in the healthiest way possible, minimizing waste. We aim to be innovative while maintaining authenticity,” says Aditi, who hails from Darjeeling. She launched the start-up in 2016, in Delhi NCR.
