Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme (Batch-5): Programme Announcement

IIMB is pleased to launch the fifth edition of Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme for women leaders.

Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages the academic research and practitioner experience to advance women in the Indian business community.

The registration process is in progress and the programme is limited to 35 high potential women with at least 15 years or more work experience.

Programme Directors: Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, faculty in the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area and Chairperson, Digital Learning, Prof. P D Jose, faculty and Chairperson, Strategy area, and Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, faculty in the Finance & Accounting area and Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance & Citizenship.
