Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) – Batch 2

After the successful launch of Emerging Leaders Programme – Batch 1, IIMB has launched the second edition of the programme. This seven-month programme is designed for first-time managers or soon to be managers. It will be offered in a blended format. In addition to live online sessions, participants will get to learn from online courses developed by IIMB faculty members. The curriculum has been designed to make participants self-aware and confident managers adept at managing global teams.
