Inauguration of the custom programme for Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings: The inauguration was held 02nd December 2021

The participants include Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, heads of departments/ functions who are subject matter experts in their fields and play an instrumental role in building the culture of Labcorp India organization, managing teams within India and globally.  This custom programme is designed with the objective of growing the India organization to successfully transition global strategic projects to India and create a culture of high performance that would distinguish its Indian operations. The programme focuses on preparing participants for a bigger role in the future by developing their critical thinking skills and cross functional understanding. This program is of 18 days duration and is being delivered in Live, Online mode over 7-8 months. The inauguration was attended by Imran Ali, Senior Vice President, Country Head, India; Grace Fan, Director Global Talent Management; Hufriz Karkaria, Senior Director, HR Partnering & Global Talent Accquisition, HR Staffing Asia Pacific; Vicki Neddenriep, Vice President, Global Human Resources, Central Labs HR Support; Rhonda Holler, Vice President, Global Talent Management. The programme is being directed by a three-faculty team comprising Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Dr. Sourav Mukherji and Dr. Gopal Das.
