Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) Batch 2

This seven-month programme is designed for the first-time managers or soon-to-be managers. Driven by technology and digital business models, the business environment is rapidly transforming. Therefore, all managers need to be entrepreneurial and innovative to succeed.

Conceived to meet the needs of tech savvy and busy first-time managers, the ELP is offered in a blended format by leveraging digital technologies. In addition to live online sessions, the participants learn from online courses developed by IIMB’s faculty members. These courses, from IIMB’s Digital Learning platform, will help the participants develop a strong foundation in management.

The curriculum has been designed to make the participants self-aware and confident managers adept at managing teams for high performance.

The second batch of the programme commenced on 11th February 2022. Classes are in progress.
