Management & Leadership Development Programme for MBG Corporate Services, Dubai, inaugurated

The programme was inaugurated on 2nd May 2022, on campus. Mayur Batra, MDP, MBG Corporates, Dubai, along with the Programme Directors, Dr. Sushanta Mishra from the OB&HRM area and Prof. S Raghunath from the Strategy area, addressed the participants who comprised CEO, CxOs, and Partners with approximately 20 years of work experience. The programme aims to develop the competencies of the participants to manage the complexity arising from exponential business growth. It helps them build effective teams aligned to the organization’s purpose in the new hybrid environment (post pandemic) and be able to launch new products and services in an integrated and cohesive manner. In other words, it helps them develop a life-long learning focus. The programme is based on the four broad themes of Strategic Thinking, Managing Globally Distributed Teams, Enhancing the Effectiveness of Consulting Organizational Processes and Leadership Effectiveness and Delegation.
