Valedictory of Executive General Management Programme for Hindustan Unilever Limited

The Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) was concluded on 17th June 2022. This customised EGMP for HUL was targeted at executives who are part of HULs Business Leadership Training (BLT) scheme and is designed at enriching their mindset and preparing them to take on increased, managerial responsibility within HUL. The curriculum offered participants an opportunity to develop core business skills and competencies in various functional areas, which will then enable them to handle challenges involving cross functional roles. It also provided them an opportunity to choose a specialization track – supply chain management or advanced marketing. The 20-day programme was delivered at the IIMB campus by Dr. Rajendra K Bandi, faculty in the Information Systems area, and Dr. Shubhabrata Das, faculty in the Decision Sciences area.
