Valedictory of Leadership Development Programmes for Deloitte

A Leadership Development Programme was delivered for Deloitte & Touche Assurance and Enterprise Risk services India (P) Ltd, over multiple cohorts. This programme was designed to address the challenges that rapid growth in audit practice has presented. It aimed at equipping participants in managing the complexity arising from exponential business growth, building effective teams in the new hybrid environment, etc.

Chartered accountants and CPAs, providing audit services for Deloitte clients based out of India, who are practice managers with at least 5-13 years of work experience, were part of the programmes, of five-day duration each, on campus. Venkat Munukutla, Managing Director, Deloitte Business Leadership, Christopher Patton, Regional Managing Director for Deloitte Audit and Assurance, Shekhar Sanwaria, Managing Director, Deloitte Audit Leader, Mehul Desai, Managing Director, Ravi Maheshwari, Managing Director, addressed the participants.
