Expert talk on ‘Using AI for Customer Engagement’

NSRCEL, the innovation and entrepreneurial learning centre at IIMB, will host a talk on ‘Using AI for Customer Engagement’, by Shwetank Tamer, Founder and CEO, Cooee, at 3 pm on 4th August 2022. This session aims to help participants understand what it takes to craft customised user journeys and deliver immersive notifications that help activate, nurture and re-engage customers.
