Barnali Debnath

Barnali Debnath joined IIM Bangalore as Manager – Executive Education Programmes, on 18th August 2022. She is reporting to the Chief Programme Officer, EEP.

Barnali has completed her Post Graduation Diploma in Advertising from ICM University, Bangalore. She completed her MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. She comes with experience in diverse sectors, having worked in companies like ICICI Home, Citigroup, Vodafone Essar, Sagardeep, IITG Jobs Pvt Ltd, Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training and Institute of Creative Excellence – Balaji Telefilms.

Barnali’s previous role was with Createjoy Technologies Private Limited as Director – Sales. In her tenure with Createjoy Technologies, she led areas like planning strategies for generating business and in overall management of the business. Her key skills are financial analysis, business analysis, lead generation, online advertising, B2B sales and business development.
