Successful delivery of the first course in Hospital Management

The Hospital Management Program is an attempt to float a fully online program for healthcare professionals. The program has completed a month of its journey. Two live sessions were taken – one by Mr Prem Anand, Chief Business Officer of Telemedicine at Apollo Hospitals, and the other by Dr. Lova Kanth Nukula, who is currently researching Public Health Informatics at the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR). In her closing session, Dr. Haritha Saranga discussed the relationship between process capabilities and customer needs with some relevant examples in the context of hospital administration. 

The program is designed to offer complete learning with flexibility. Every course in the program has three live online sessions and an expert talk, giving learners a chance to interface with the faculty and understand the subject frequently. They can gain practical insights from industry experts as well. There was an UnMOOC session at the end where the participants could share their learning experience.
