Valedictory for second cohort of ‘Eklavya Gurukul: Young Leaders for Mega Projects’, a Management Development Programme for L&T Construction Ltd.

Intended for young project leaders of the company to help them develop managerial skills, the seven-day programme uses a combination of  Live, Online and On-Campus sessions over two months. Participants did a Live Project, where they implemented a work-place problem or a challenge, in a chosen area which is critical to their organization’s success.
