Certificate Programme for Digital Operations and Supply Chain Management (Batch-1)

The fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) has eliminated traditional industrial practices in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Large-scale Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication and Internet of Things (IoT) are integrated for automation escalation, seamless communication and production to pinpoint issues without the need for human intervention. The programme designed around these realities and delivered by IIMB faculty is targeted at mid-career professionals with potential for growth and graduates with a minimum of five years of work experience. It is useful for practitioners and aspirants in sectors such as manufacturing, project management, services, supply chain and logistics. It helps participants leverage data for digital transformation as it imparts key skills in New Business Models. The programme also covers operational issues in Digital Supply Chain and introduces the participants to Business Analytics.
