Valedictory for Batch 6 of ‘Tanmatra’, the Women in Leadership Programme

On 16th September 2022, over 50 women leaders completed their 15-day learning journey at IIMB in the ‘Women in Leadership’ programme.  Conducted in three phases of one week each, between March 2022 and September 2022, the programme is for women in key roles with close to 15 years of experience. It prepares them for top management and board-level positions in the corporate sector. It provides them with functional knowledge and leadership skills and builds a forum for senior women leaders in India to ‘pay it forward’. The participants learn to explore the self, own their careers and impact business outcomes through academic, reflective and experiential learning. The programme has leadership development and cross-industry learning, assessments, stretch assignments, exposure, community giveback and networking sessions with established leaders in India Inc. It is designed and led by Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Dr. Padmini Srinivasan and Dr. P D Jose.
