Valedictory for participants of the LABCORP India Leadership Alchemy Programme (LILA)

On 8th September 2002, senior executives from LABCORP attended the valedictory of the LILA program, online. The 18-day custom programme, spread over nine months, was conducted for senior leaders with more than 15 years of work experience, and included interactive lectures, case studies, group exercises, role play and Action Learning Projects (ALPs). Programme themes covered Business Strategy and Implementation, Financial Management, Macro-Economics, Leveraging Data and Technology for Decision Making, Leadership and People Management. The programme was designed and led by Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, Prof. Gopal Das and Prof. Sourav Mukherji. Ms Deepa Desai, Head of Country (India), encouraged the participants to take ownership, prepare for the future and surpass their previous achievements. Ms Rebecca, Global Talent Head, applauded the efforts of participants. Ms. Grace Fan, Director, Global Talent Managemen, and Ms. Hufriz Karkaria, Senior Director, HR Partnering & Global Talent Acquisition, HR Staffing Asia Pacific, were present. Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, Prof. Gopal Das and Prof. Sourav Mukherji spoke about the role of the leader in times of crisis. They emphasised the importance for leaders to conceptualise, experiment and innovate to be future-ready.
