Inauguration of programme on Strategic Thinking and Agility along with Building Talent for Success for Tata Play
A five-day custom in-campus programme from 05-09 December 2022 was designed and delivered for 16 General Managers and Assistant General Managers of Tata Play. The leaders came from various departments of Tata Play like IT, Technology, Sales, Finance, Content, Field Service Delivery, Customer Operations, Commercial and Communications.
This was the third edition of the programme. The programme focused on developing knowledge to advance strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. The programme covered various topics like industry analysis to understand the external context, internal context towards strategic decision-making, plan and prioritize the strategy implementation in this context, talent management, how to sustain market leadership while building brands, and the use of analytics to build ROI-based marketing plans.
