Dr. Padmini Srinivasan appointed Public Interest Director at Bombay Stock Exchange

Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship and Faculty in the Finance and Accounting area of IIM Bangalore, has been appointed Public Interest Director at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), with effect from 14th February 2023.

Dr. Padmini Srinivasan received her PhD from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
