MGNF Fellow H P Manoj submits research paper at conference hosted by IIM Ahmedabad and India Public Policy Network

H P Manoj, from IIM Bangalore’s Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) programme, submitted his research paper at the recently held IPPN Annual Conference 2022, hosted by the JSW School of Public Policy of IIM Ahmedabad and the India Public Policy Network. The conference, titled, ‘State Capacity: What is it and why is it needed?’, included paper presentations, speaker sessions and panel discussions on diverse topics related to state capacities. The conference aimed to bring together Public Policy scholars and practitioners not only from India but also from across the world through high-quality academic research and policy case studies.
