He adds, “I also had the opportunity to work on various business plans, one of which was awarded by NSRCEL as well as through a case competition organized for Vista. I also co-led the International Immersion Committee.”

Adarsh says that the IIMB experience gave him access to world-class faculty, peer-to-peer learning, and the opportunity to interact with the brightest minds in the country through guest lectures and seminars. “Working on live projects and participating in so many diverse activities helped me gain insights into various industries. The classroom experience was also a unique blend of live simulations, interactive sessions and so much more.”

Adarsh believes that EPGP, with its cutting-edge curriculum and strong focus on leadership, has helped him boost the skills which he requires in order to take challenging decisions at an organizational level and create positive impact. “The specific tools and knowledge imparted by core courses such as Competition and Strategy, Macroeconomics and Operations Management have strengthened my business acumen and provided an understanding of macroeconomic environments and strategy development. The emphasis on case-based learning, holistic development and leadership competencies are also noteworthy. Having equipped myself with such skills, I plan on making the transition into the technology sector in a management role.”
