ELT Programme for Carelon Global Solutions India Ltd. LLP
The six-day programme was launched on 18th April 2023. Carelon Global Solutions is the Global Capability Center (GCC) for Elevance Health and is designed for the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) comprising 21 Senior Managers and Associate Directors from Technology, Operations, Corporate functions etc. The programme focuses on developing their leadership competencies to envision the future and understand the big-picture, build their business acumen, develop their people and talent management, manage change – all, in the backdrop of the rapid organizational scale-up and growth. The programme will be delivered by IIMB in two phases with group Action Learning Projects mentored by IIMB faculty and blended learning leveraging IIMBx MOOCs. The programme is anchored by Dr. Gopal Mahapatra, faculty in OB&HRM. Krishnamoorthy Saisekar, VP and Chief Country Executive, Carelon Global Solutions India, addressed the participants and set the context and pace for the programme. He was accompanied by MDs of various business lines and functions of the organization. The leadership team also used the opportunity to connect with various stakeholders across IIMB, to explore opportunities for future partnerships. Ramkumar Narayanan, VP Technology and Managing Director of VMWare India, delivered a talk on scaling of GCCs in the Indian context, which the audience found very relevant and was appreciative of the same.
