Leadership Development Programme for Dell Technologies

The three-day programme, delivered on campus, was for first-line sales managers of Dell Technologies with over 10 years of work experience in managing regional/ national portfolios. It was designed to help the participants acquire a strategic outlook, strengthen their people management approach and become inspiring leaders. It covered key concepts like managing self, leading teams, and strategic thinking.
