Rakuten Certified Leadership Programme – Batch 2
The programme was inaugurated on 27th March 2023 by Hari Chandran Ramachandra Rao, Senior VP – Engineering, along with the Programme Director, Dr. Sushanta Mishra, faculty in OB&HRM. The participants comprised mid-level managers with 10-15 years of experience. They typically extend backend support to Japanese stakeholders. Most of them provide IT shared services. The programme is based on the four broad themes of Personal Leadership, Team Leadership, Functional Leadership and Strategic Leadership.
