Certificate Programme for Digital Operations and Supply Chain Management (DOM) Batch-1
The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is unfolding the age of digitalization by eliminating traditional industrial practices in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Large-scale Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication and Internet of Things (IoT) are integrated for automation escalation, seamless communication and production to pinpoint issues without the need for human intervention.
IIM Bangalore launched the first edition of the Certificate Programme for Digital Operations and Supply Chain Management for mid-career professionals with potential for growth and graduates with minimum of five years’ experience. Practitioners and aspirants in manufacturing, project management, services, supply chain and logistics sectors are the target audience. The programme is designed to leverage data for digital transformation and impart key skills in New Business Models. In addition to this, the programme also covers operational issues in Digital Supply Chain and introduction to Business Analytics.
The first batch of the Certificate Programme for Digital Operations and Supply Chain Management was valedicted at the IIMB campus on 6th May 2023 by Programme Directors Dr. Tarun Jain, Dr. Shubhrabrata Das and Dr. Shankar Venkatagiri.
