Organizational Excellence through Leadership – Custom Programme for AIRBUS
IIMB Executive Education has delivered a five-day Custom Programme for AIRBUS. The programme was designed for 24 HODs, Group Managers and Engineering Managers who have 15 to 25 years of work experience. They are in charge of projects in the areas of Avionics, Software Testing, Flight Physics, etc. The cohort also has participants from other entities like Airbus Customer Service, Information division, etc.
The programme enabled the participants to evolve into better business leaders and lead people from the front, helping them grow in their careers based on three important pillars of the Airbus leadership Model. The programme themes included tools on leadership capabilities and organizational excellence, such as, group work presentations, conscious capitalism, team leadership and organizational performance.
The valedictory had two leaders present from Airbus. Frederick Combes, Head of Engineering, Airbus India & South Asia encouraged the participants to take ownership, prepare for the future and surpass their previous achievements. Shishir Kumar, Head of Rewards & Employee Development, Human Resource, Airbus India & South Asia also applauded the efforts of participants in making the programme successful.
