General Management Programme for Tata Motors Limited
The programme was inaugurated on 7th July 2023 for high performers identified through Tata Motors’ Fast Track Selection Scheme (FTSS). It is a 21-day, blended learning programme integrating MOOCs with faculty-led classroom sessions. It has five broad themes – Leadership Competencies, Financial Acumen, Customer Centricity, Operations & Supply Chain Management & Strategic Thinking. The programme will be delivered in-person over a period of 10 months. K G Prasad, Zonal Manager – South, Trucks & Buses, TML, addressed the participants at the inauguration. The faculty programme directors are Dr. Shainesh (Marketing) and Dr. Nishant Kumar Verma (Production and Operations Management).
