Inauguration of the Programme on Capital Structure Decision and Project Finance, sponsored by Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, GoI
This custom programme for Class A officers of the Union and State Governments, dealing with infrastructure projects under the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, GoI, was inaugurated on 31st July 2023. The objective of this five-day programme is to help participants create economically viable infrastructure projects across the country. It also provides them an exposure to risk analysis, teaches them to manage long-term contracts and work on dispute resolution. Antony Cyriac, Advisor, Capacity Building Unit, Infrastructure Policy & Planning Division, DEA, Ministry of Finance, GoI, addressed the participants. Dr. MS Narasimhan is the Programme Director.
