A Leadership Development Program for IDFC FIRST Bank

The Executive Education Programmes Office conducted a Leadership Development Programme for IDFC FIRST Bank.  The main objective of this learning intervention was to have the cohort be future-ready and build their competencies to take on more complex roles, achieve targets and help drive the strategic direction to deliver high performance.   The seniorleadership team who manage portfolios, products and functions were the participants. The training was delivered to four batches covering about 160 participants between July and September 2023. Dr. Debolina Dutta, from IIMB, led the programme.
