Leadership Development Programme for Dell Technologies
For the first time, the Executive Education Programmes Office at IIMB organized a Leadership Development Programme for first line sales managers of Dell Technologies who have with 10-20 years of work experience at managing regional/ national portfolios. The programme was designed to help the participants acquire a strategic outlook, strengthen their people management approach and become inspiring leaders. It covered areas such as Managing Self, Leading Teams and Strategic Thinking. The valedictory for the first batch of the programme was held on 4th September 2023.
