Inauguration of Custom programmes for National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC)

NHPC Limited (erstwhile National Hydroelectric Power Corporation) is an Indian public sector hydropower company that was incorporated to plan, promote and organize an integrated and efficient development of hydroelectric power. NHPC approached IIMB for formalised training for their leadership and HR cohort. Based on inputs from the GM – HRD Priya Ranjan and Senior Manager Inderjit Singh, two distinct programmes were designed for two distinct groups of leaders by Dr. Abhoy K Ojha, faculty from the Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management area at IIMB. The first programme, Leadership for Effective Decision Making, was held from 19^th to 21^st October 2023, and the second programme, Linking HR with Business Strategy, was conducted from 2^nd to 4^th November 2023.
