Designed for functional managers aspiring to move into a general management role by developing core business skills and competencies required to handle issues involving cross-functional areas, the programme brings together participants from diverse backgrounds, skills and experience, thereby enabling great peer learning. IIMB faculty handle the curriculum. Case studies and discussions, role-play are part of the programme which focuses on Business Environment, Individual and Organizational Competencies, Functional Knowledge (Key Business Areas) and Strategic Perspectives.
