Inauguration of custom Leadership Development Programme for VST Tillers and Tractors
On 3rd January 2024, the first module of a custom leadership development programme for the executive leadership members of VST Tillers and Tractors Limited was inaugurated at IIM Bangalore. The programme directors, Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, faculty in the Finance & Accounting area, and Dr. Gopal Mahapatra, faculty in the OB&HRM area at IIMB, designed the programme in three modules spread across six months with a mix of group exercises, case studies, presentations, and bi-directional discussions in classrooms.
