Dr. Ashis Mishra led a five-day programme, culminating on 16th February, 2024, for young dealers of Apollo Tyres to improve their efficiency and effectiveness when doing affiliate business. The course covered techniques to plan business models, strategies for change management, developing customer success mindset, digital marketing in the context of dealership, financial statement studies and macroeconomic trend analysis.
