Leadership Development Programme for Gujarat Energy Training and Research Institute Vadodara (GETRI)

This five-day custom programme was designed for 30 senior officers ranging from Executive Engineer and above, from the various utility subsidiaries of  GETRI. The programme enabled the participants to develop skills and capabilities for taking on challenging leadership positions, become more self-aware, and understand what it takes to become an effective leader. The programme themes included tools on emergent technology, data-based decisions, including functional & strategic orientation, encouraged team leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making in uncertainty. The program was designed and led by Dr. Debolina Dutta from the OB&HRM area and Dr. Shankar Venkatagiri from the Information Systems area.
