Leadership Development Programme for IDFC First Bank 13 to 15 June 2024
The 5th edition of the Leadership Development Programme for IDFC First Bank was conducted from 13 to 15 June 2024.
This programme is designed to develop defined competencies to maintain its high-performance standard and prepare its officers in key leadership roles. It aimed to help future leaders to develop their competencies in aligning organization direction and strategy to drive strong execution within their teams, build practices of networking and collaborating for success in a changing environment, and leading and coaching people.
Participants included senior leaders who head portfolios, products, functions, etc.
Three cohorts are scheduled to be delivered this financial year. The programme is of three days’ duration, delivered on campus.
