Marketing and Branding bootcamp for Swavalambane program participants

NSRCEL hosted a bootcamp on Marketing and Branding as part of ‘Swavalambane’, the Karnataka Rural Women Entrepreneurs Business Growth Program.  

As a part of the bootcamp, 150 women entrepreneurs from across Karnataka came together to tap into insights on how to enhance the visibility of their ventures through avenues of branding and marketing. The entrepreneurs were exposed to topics ranging from marketing channels, sales techniques, inventory management, product differentiation, networking strategies, to demand and supply planning, and beyond. Towards the end of the bootcamp, the entrepreneurs also interacted with buyers as part of a Buyer-Seller Meet, an exercise aimed at helping the entrepreneurs understand the nuances of sales. The training also equipped them with on-spot feedback from buyers, mentors and the NSRCEL team, on mechanisms they could adopt towards enhancing their sales strategy.
